How to place your order
To place an order for a pool cover, simply send us your pool measurements (in centimeters please) and info via our online form on the ‘request a quote’ button above. We will provide you with a quote for your custom-made pool cover, excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties. We find that it is easier for our customers to organize the shipping from their home country as costs are a lot lower, and customers normally use popular couriers like FedEx or DHL. Please note that the aluminum poles for the cover should be sourced locally again because it reduces the courier costs dramatically and we will assist you with sourcing a supplier for these poles in your area prior to payment.
Once you have received your quote and are ready to proceed, we will send you an invoice for payment. We have found PayPal to be the smoothest option.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will start manufacturing your pool cover. We will provide you with a confirmation of your order and payment received.
When your pool cover is ready, which normally has a manufacturing lead time of 9-12 working days. it will be collected by your courier partner and shipped directly to your doorstep. You will receive tracking information from your courier so that you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
